These products are not designed for use in medical, life-saving or life-sustaining applications. Customers using or selling these products for use in such applications do so at their own risk and agree to fully indemnify A and A Scales LLC for any damages resulting from such improper use or sale.

AVAILABILITY

·CUSTOMER WILL BE NOTIFIED IF THE ITEM(S) IS ON BACK-ORDER

 DELIVERY

 ·TRUCK SCALES ARE NOT RETURNABLE.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

·ALL CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 10 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF GOODS

·CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COSTS FOR RETURN AND REPLACEMENT IF BY CUSTOMER CHOICE
